Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female professional boxers compete at state and national levels. Age between 13 years and 35 years of age. Minimum of 1 year of experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any injury/ surgery around head shoulder, elbow and wrist complex for past 6 months. Those who are having any shoulder pain and/or discomfort after practice sessions. Currently complaining of any musculoskeletal pain other than upper extremity. Participating at district level.
