Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
to compare incidence of postoperative sore throat with nebulized dexmedetomidine and nebulized dexamethasone in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynaecological surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubationTimepoint: 0,2,4,12,24 hours post extubation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
to compare duration of sedation and perioperative hemodynamic parameters (HR,SBP,DBP,MAP,SPO2) with nebulized dexmedetomidine and nebulized dexamethasone in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynaecological surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubationTimepoint: sedation-15 min,30min postextubation hemodynamic parameters(HR,SBP,DBP,MAP,SPO2)- Prenebulization, preinduction, every 5 min till 30 min post intubation,0,2,4,12,24 hrs post extubation
