Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Complete enumeration method will be used. All the post graduate trainees from the Department of Anaesthesiology will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All the post graduate trainees from the Department of Anaesthesiology who did not give consent will be excluded. Also, trainees who are on leave during the whole duration of 15 days after the completion of their DRP posting will be excluded.

| a) Assessment of trainee satisfaction with the DRP rotation based on four domains: 1 Clinical skills & practice 2 Academic input & mentorship 3 Work schedule 4 Progress in dissertation work & further research opportunities b) Assessment of clinical & academic experience of the anesthesiology trainees during the DRP rotationTimepoint: 1.Clinical skills & practise assesed based on number of Pre-anaesthetic checkups, procedures & techniques performed during the 8 weeks. 2.Acaemics will be assesed based on number of DOPS & CBSs performed during the 8 weeks. 3.Work schedule will be assesed based on number of working hours during the 8 weeks 4.Dissertation work will be assesed based on their progress in thesis during the 8 weeks. | — |
