Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient who are having classical sign symptoms of Parikartika like constipation perianal itching anal pain sphincter spasm burning sensation anal canal and per rectal bleeding and which are willing to participate in clinical study with written consent Both acute and chronic fissure in ano will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other systemic illness like Malignancy HBsAg and Retrovirus positive patients Patients diagnosed with internal piles Fistula in ano and Abscess Diagnosed case of crohns disease and Ulcerative colitis infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum Rectal prolapse will be excluded Pelvic pathology pregnancy lactating woman Patient not willing to participate in the clinical trial study or written consent
