Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted with septic shock.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiac diseases CKD on maintainence hemodialysis Liver diseases [child pugh B & C] Malignancy Pregnancy Hypo/hypermagnesemia HYPERKALEMIA
