Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses who are willing to participate in the study Who is present at the time of data collection Able to read Hindi and English Nurses who have not participated in a similar educational intervention previously Nurses working in direct patient care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses those who are Not willing to participate in study time Who are working in community health areas and school health services and those who are working in teaching institutions Nurses with cognitive impairments or other conditions that affect their ability to participate. Nurses working part-time with inconsistent shifts that prevent their participation in data collection. Nurses who are on maternity leave or extended sick leave

MeasureTime frame
To develop an educational intervention regarding the teach-back method its purpose, importance, and utilization among Nurses. To determine the effectiveness of educational intervention regarding knowledge and Utilization of the Teach-Back Method among Nurses. To find the association between pre-test knowledge scores and their selected sociodemographic variables. To find the association between the Pre-test Score of Utilization of the Teach-back method with their selected sociodemographic variables. To find out the correlation between knowledge and Utilization of the Teach-Back Method among Nurses Timepoint: post-test-1 immediately after intervention post-test-2 1 month after first post-test
