Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female police officers. Active duty.Minimum 2-3 years of service. Working in law enforcement for at least 20 hours per week. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or postpartum officers less than 6 months post delivery. Officers with pre existing musculoskeletal conditions. Officers with a history of musculoskeletal surgery or hospitalization. Officers with neurological or cardiovascular conditions. Officers on workers compensation or disability leave. Officers with less than 1 year of service. Officers working in administrative or desk-based roles only.Officers with a body mass index BMI greater than 40. Officers with a history of substance abuse or addiction.

MeasureTime frame
Job satisfaction and Musculoskeletal disorderTimepoint: Job satisfaction will be assessed by using Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire in 4 weeks. Musculoskeletal disorder will be assessed by using Nordic pain scale in 4 weeks.—

Overall well being Timepoint: Overall well being will be assessed by using the building well being scale in 4 weeks.—
