Inclusion criteria: Renal stone size less than 12mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal stone size more than 12mm. patient come with complication like pyelonephritis, hydronephrosis, calculous anuria, chronic renal failure, scarring, abscess and any other life threatening complication. patient with any pathological disease, critically ill cases which required hospitalization.
