Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) patients with type 2 diabetes (ii) Age range 30 to 50 years (iii) Normal hearing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ((i) Patients with cognitive problems based on mini mental state examination (MMSE) (ii) Patients with tinnitus(iii) Person with extra systole based on electrocardiogram (ECG) (iv) Any respiratory problem
