Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Dry central perforation of ear drum (inactive CSOM) with following associated symptoms- 2)Karna shool associated with bhram, karnasrav and putikarn 3)Karna shool with karna shoth 4)Karnakandu, krimikarna 5)Raktaj karna shool 6)shirahshool and any discomfort in ear 7) Karnabadhirya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Elevated body temperature, acute ear infection 2)Trauma and Surgeries within the facial portion of the skull, 3)epilepsy, 4)Hypertension and Diabetes
