Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age :22-35 Subjects with prolong sitting posture Male and female workers Condition: Subject with no pathological MSK condition Posture: Individuals with forward head posture or other postural deviations associated with UCS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Workers with trauma, cervical spine surgery. 2. Any upper limb disabilities e.g kyphosis or scoliosis and torticollis 3. Any pathological condition e.g cervical spine, vertebral artery insufficiency, malignancy. 4. Orthopaedics condition e.g fracture ,rotator cuff injury, laberal tear 5. Any neuromuscular condition involves muscular dystrophy, Myositis ,ALS, Myasthenia gravis 6. Brachial plexus injury 7. Degenerative disease 8. History of major trauma last six month 9. History of any systematic disease 10. History of dizziness and peripheral vascular disease
