Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with MS, falling under Mc Donaldâ??s diagnostic criteria for MS. 2. Patients with history of MS less more 2 years. 3. Patients of both sexes in the age group of 18 to 45 years, irrespective of socioeconomic status. 4. Patients ready to sign informed consent form. 5. Patients of MS exhibiting symptoms of either Vata or Kapha Dosha/ both. 6. Patients of MS satisfying the Dasha vidhapareeksha mainly satwa and balapareeksha as per the treating physician.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients involving Sphincter plus motor relapses. 2. Patients with Progressive course which resulted in early disability 3. Patients of EDSS score 5 and above 4. Patients with Psychiatric illness 5. Patients with systemic diseases not related to Multiple sclerosis and are on medication (Diabetes mellitus) 6. Patients below the age of 18yrs above 45 years of age. 7. Patient presenting with pitta avrutha, raktaavruta vata conditions. 8. Patients with amlapitta, raktapitta conditions. 9. Women with h/o of Metrorrhagia. 10. Any neurological disorders such as any significant head injury (Siro abhighata), epilepsy (Apasmara), Parkinsonâ??s disease, neuro degenerative disorders etc. 11. Patients of substance use disorders. 12. Pregnant and lactating women. 13. Patients with uncontrolled Type 2 Diabetes mellitus 14. Patients on β-blockers, thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, HRT. 15. Patients with Uncontrolled Blood pressure. 16. Patients with concurrent Hepatic Dysfunction 17. Patients with Renal Dysfunction Patients with severe Pulmonary Dysfunction 18. Patients with evidence of malignancy 19. Patients suffering from major systemic illness necessitating long-term drug treatment. 20. Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six (06) months. 21. Left-handedness 22. Education level is less than 8th grade.
