Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-65 years. 2. Current smokers (=1 cigarette daily for 6 months). 3. Access to a smartphone/tablet for app use. 4. Able to read/understand app language. 5. Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe medical/psychiatric conditions. 2. Dependence on substances other than nicotine. 3. Enrolled in other cessation programs or using cessation medications. 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding. 5. No access to a compatible device. 6. Unwilling to commit to follow-up.
