Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Accidental injury, Loss of Phalanx Reconstruction, it will be checked if the patient is disease free with a good Musculoskeletal Tumour. Society score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Older than 45 years in age, IF patients having tumors.
