Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both the genders Age group between 18 to 35 years Using smartphone for more than 3 hours According to scoring of text neck questionnaire Willingness of participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Congenital cervical problem Any recent injury/ trauma to neck region (6 months) Spinal cord injuries or trauma Any psychological issues Surgeries around neck
