Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children fulfilling the diagnostic criteria will be included for the study. 2. Children of either sex between the age group of 2-10 Years. 3. Children in whom parents are willing to sign the written consent form to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Childrens in whome parents are hesitant to sign the written consent form to participate 2. Known case of primary aphasia 3. Patients suffering from cleft pallet, cleft lip orthe conditions where the surgical intervention is required 4. children with deaf mutism
