Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of a radiographically detectable broken instrument. 2.Cases where root canal retreatment is required due to the presence of the broken instrument obstructing further cleaning,shaping, or obturation. 3.Instruments fractured in middle third of mesiobuccal canal of mandibular molars with curvature less than 20 degree. 4.Teeth with a structurally sound crown or sufficient coronal structure remaining to allow proper isolation and magnification-assisted access to the canal system. 5.Adult patients capable of providing informed consent and with no contraindications to endodontic treatment. 6.Teeth where no previous retrieval attempt has been made using the loop method or other techniques.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-Retreatable Teeth deemed non-restorable due to extensive decay, fractures, or periodontal disease that compromise the prognosis, even if the broken instrument is retrieved. 2.Teeth with Severe curvature more than 45 degrees, as these cases may not be amenable to loop method retrieval and may require specialized techniques. 3.Inaccessible Broken Instruments located beyond the canal impossible to access with the loop method. 4.Patients with Systemic Health Issues contraindicating endodontic treatment
