Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Mothers in the postpartum period (over a period of 6 weeks to 6 months following delivery) 2) Age less than or equal to 49 years 3)Both primigravida and multigravida mothers. 4)All postpartum mothers in the postpartum period who lived in the area for more than 6 months. 5)Who gave informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Women with a history of psychiatric disorders or those currently undergoing any psychiatric treatment. 2)Critically ill mothers who are unable to respond. 3)Mothers who have experienced stillbirth or neonatal death.
