Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1] 72 adult patients of either sex of the age 18-65 years 2] American society of anesthesiologists physical status 1 and 2 patients 3] mallampati score 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1] BMI more than 30kg/m2 2] mallampati grade 3 and 4 3] upper respiratory infections 4] patients at risk of aspiration.
