Inclusion criteria: Patient hospitalized at IIH for treatment under :- Surgical ward Onco ward Executive ward FICU Private room ward Medical ward

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below 18 HIV Patient & Leprosy Death cases Medico legal cases
