Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients with acute traumatic brain injury, posted for emergency craniotomy and requiring intubation in the operating room.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected or confirmed cervical spine or severe maxillofacial trauma 2. Hemodynamic instability 3. Body mass Index >35 kg/m2 4. Prior history of difficult airway/ drug allergy 5. Pregnancy 6. Refusal of consent
