Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20-30 years, irrespective of gender. 2. History of smoking (more than 3 years) 3. No history of pulmonary conditions 4. Willing to participate 5. Equal to or more than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any comorbidities 2. Any malignancy, liver, or renal impairment. 3. Any mental or Psychological disorder 4. Any Cardiopulmonary surgical history 4. Regular gym Going person
