Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals of 16-45 years of age from both genders. 2.Subjects with hyperpigmented melanin pigmentation in the anterior portion of the upper or lower gingiva. 3.Systemically healthy individuals with physiological gingival pigmentation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any form of tobacco chewing habits, Paan chewing habits. 2.Pregnant or lactating women. 3.Subjects with periodontal disease, non-vital anterior teeth, known hypersensitivity to glutathione. 4.Subjects who had previous depigmentation procedures will be excluded from the study. 5.Subjects on drugs that cause gingival pigmentation.
