Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient with classical symptoms of dushtavrana 2.traumatic non healing ulcer 3.delayed healing ulcer having the history of more than two weeks of duration 4.wound size upto 8 x 8 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. underlying bony lesions 2.patient with malignant ulcer 3. tuberculous ulcer 4. lepromatous ulcer 5. HIV,HbSAg positive patient 6. diabetic wound 7. bleeding disorder 8.gangrenous wound 9. severe anemia
