Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis Aged between 30-60 years, systemically healthy patients with presence of = 15 teeth and Pocket Probing Depth (PPD)- 4-6 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tobacco chewers and smokers, Patients who underwent under any previous dental treatment and any Antibiotic therapy in last 6 months and hypersensitivity to neem were excluded from the study.
