Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI more than 30 kg/m2, patients undergoing surgery under neuraxial block, patients giving valid informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, patients with spinal deformities, neurological diseases, coagulation disorders, local infection, unstable hemodynamics
