Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male participants. Age Group 18 â?? 30 years. Professional and recreational cricketers from various clubs in Belagavi city. Subjects who are willing to participate. Subjects who have played cricket for more than one year. Subjects who play with season ball. Subjects who are injured in the past 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any diagnostic cases of neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded. Any injury to the subject occurred outside playing field or while training. Any injury occurred due to faulty equipment. Subject who has anxiety, depression. Subjects who are injured due to overtraining syndrome. Subjects who are injured due to faulty equipment.
