Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients from department of general medicine of D Y Patil Medical college, Navi-Mumbai 2.Suffering from pancytopenia 3.Willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of cancer, 1. Patient’s ongoing cancer chemotherapy, 2. Patients on other cytotoxic drugs, 3. Patients on radiotherapy, 4. Patients with age =18 years were excluded from the study.
