Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and Female professional Indian boxers competing at state and national levels. Age between 19 and 35 years of age. Minimum of 1 year of experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any injury/ surgery around the head shoulder, elbow, and wrist complex for the past 6 months. Those with shoulder pain and/or discomfort after practice sessions. Currently complaining of any musculoskeletal pain other than upper extremity. only Participated at the district level.
