Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Adhman of age group 45.00 years to 65.00 years irrespective of sex and etiology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Amlapitta,Pittapradhan Prakriti,Acute Abdomen, Post Surgery and Distension of Abdomen with fluid and pregnancy Patients who are allergic to Ajamoda
