Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Prameha as mentioned in Ayurvedic texts Diagnosed patient with (BSF between 125-200 , PPBS 200-280 & HBA1C 6.4 to 7.5% according to American Association of Diabetes) Age of patients - 30-60 year ? Gender - males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having Type 1 DM Patient having Type 2 DM below age 30 and above age 60 Gestational diabetes Pregnant & lactating mothers Patients having Acute Complications like Coronary Heart Disease, Acute Infective hepatitis, alcoh

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
sugar level (fasting, postprandial) will be monitor every after 15 days. HbA1c will be checked at first day visit and after 120 daysTimepoint: for 4 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
clinical manifestation of diabetes (prameha) will be monitor after every 1 month. 1)tiredness ( dourbalya) 2) frequent micturition (prabhut mutrata) 3) excessive sweat (sweda-adhikya) 4) increased thirst(pipasa-adhikya) 5) increased appetite(kshuda-adhikya) 6) tingling sensation in foot, hand (kar-pad daha )Timepoint: for 4 months every after one month
