Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses and Doctors working in the Hospice. 1. Participants (Nurses, Doctors, and family caregivers) who give informed consent. 2. Caregivers of patients who are admitted in the hospice. 3. Caregivers of patients who enrolled in the EOLC plan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants (Nurses, Doctors, and family caregivers) who are sick or on leave on the day of the focus group discussion. • Family caregivers will not be considered if their patients die within 24 hours of admission in the hospice.
