Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with amavata and pravridha amavata lakshanas (rheumatoid arthritis) and also as per ACR/ EULAR criteria 2010 who have been diagnosed with RA medically up to 3-5 years as per the available medical records. 2.Patients 21 to 40 years of age irrespective of gender, religion, or occupation. 3.Patient willing to provide written informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Psychiatric patients 2.Pregnant and lactating mother 3.Patient taking antibiotic therapy for any systemic illness within 2 months 4.Patients having severe Crippling bone deformity 5.Patients who are on disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) 6.Diabetic mellitus patients, cardiovascular disease, hypothyroid, Hyperlipidemic patients. 7.Patients with chronic disorders like paralysis, cancer, renal failure, hepatic failure, cardiac disease, pulmonary tuberculosis. 8.Patient having any other type of arthropathy such as neoplasm of the spine, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, etc. 9.Patients who are on anti-inflammatory drugs and analgesics
