Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following criteria: Adequate ovarian reserve: Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) level greater than 1.2 ng/mL. Antral Follicle Count (AFC) greater than 5 follicles. Age less than 35 years. Bilateral patent fallopian tubes confirmed through imaging. Partner’s Total Motile Sperm Count (TMSC) greater than 10 million.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following conditions: Uncontrolled Chronic Disease: Including diabetes, hypertension, or thyroid dysfunction. Hydrosalpinx: Presence of fluid-filled, dilated fallopian tubes. Endometriosis: Moderate to severe endometriosis (Stage III or IV). Uterine Abnormalities: Submucosal fibroid or polyp of any size. Intramural fibroid greater than 4–5 cm in size. Endometrial Thickness: Thin endometrium less than 7 mm.
