Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All stable patients more than 18yrs of age with chronic respiratory diseases diagnosed by standardised investigations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients on Ventilator support,critically ill patients 2.Patients with acute MI,CVA,active TB,heart failure with reduced EF 2.Patients not willing for the study

MeasureTime frame
Through this app there will be improvement in overall quality of life of people with chronic respiratory diseases and make them do their daily tasks independently without relying on their family members and regular and periodic exercise training sessions by patients help in reducing hospital admissions and frequent exacerbations requiring Emergency managements.Timepoint: The pre pulmonary rehabilitaion will be taken as the baseline value and post pulmonary rehabilitation will be taken after a period of 8 weeks and compared with the pre values
