Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed case of mild to moderate depression as per ICD 10 criteria 2.Age group between 20-50 years. 3.Subjects of both gender, irrespective of socio-economic status. 4.Subjects who are ready to take part in the study with their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe Depression 2.Subjects with Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, other chronic illnesses 3.Physiological conditions like pregnancy, lactation and puerperal stage. 4.Subjects diagnosed with other Psychiatric conditions 5.Subjects on prolonged intake of Antidepressants like Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors etc.
