Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage IV Grade C periodontitis Age 20-40 years Gender: Male/female ASA-I physical status (American Society of Anesthesiologists).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non compliant patients Uncontrolled diabetes/alcoholism; Taking medicine that might affect healing; Implant primary stability less than 35 Ncm or that does not enable the placement of healing abutments.
