Inclusion criteria: 2nd trimester of pregnancy Subject fulfilling diagnostic criteria of HB HCT MCV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1st and 3rd trimester of pregnancy Hb below 8 gm/dl High risk patient like PIH GDM Seropositive Patients
