Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients with age more than 18 years admitted in AICU with SEPSIS and SEPTIC SHOCK

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are on corticosteroid treatment 2.Patients with known case of adrenal insufficiency 3.Patients on immunosuppressive treatment 4.Pregnant females 5.Patient with haemorrhagic and cardiogenic shock
