Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years with BMI greater than 30kg/m2 undergoing laparoscopic gynaecological surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant kidney disease (stage 4 kidney disease or higher). 2.Significant liver disease (Child Pugh B or C class) 3. Allergic to neostigmine or sugammadex. 4. Any history of a neuromuscular disorder. 5. History of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 6.Pregnancy or nursing women.
