Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Nadivrana with external opening on the body surface will be selected. The age group between 18-60 years. Patients having sinus due to acute infections , mild infected wound , Abscess. Sinus tract length upto 5 cm . Patients selected irrespective of gender,religion and marital status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital sinuses. Nadivrana with systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus, Bleeding disorders, AIDS, Osteomylitis followed by sinus. Patients having complicated sinuses due to chronic infection such as tuberculosis, actinomycosis etc. Patients having neoplastic sinus If the sinus tract length is more than 5 cm.

To evaluate the effect of Nirgundi Taila in management of Nadivrana with special reference to sinus To review detail about the Nadivrana according to Reference in Sushrut Samhita. To observe any adverse drug reaction.Timepoint: On 0th day, 5th day, 10th day, and 15th day
