Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Males and Females. participants diagnosed with COPD mild and moderate COPD according to gold criteria. Ability to perform abdominal exercises Patients between 30-60 years of age group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent abdominal or thoracic surgery Severe cognitive impairment Inability to understand Presence of any musculoskeletal or neurological condition
