Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I and II patients 2.Age between 1-6 years undergoing elective infra umbilical surgery under general anaesthesia with supraglottic airway device and caudal analgesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pre-existing liver disorder 2.Patients with pre-existing renal disorder 3.Patients with pre-existing decompensated cardiac disorder 4.Patients with developmental delay 5.Patients with known organic brain disease 6.Patients with cerebral palsy 7.Patients with mental retardation 8.Patients with contraindications to caudal analgesia
