Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient admitted to ICU for more than 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of AKI on admission Serum Creatinine more than 2.5mg/dl on admission Patients already on Renal Replacement Therapy Chronic Kidney Disease History of Kidney Transplantation Pregnant patient
