Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-12 years. 2. Neurodevelopmental disability children with impaired hand function. 3. Children with NDD such as cerebral palsy (GMFCS level 1, level 2 and level 3) 4. Children with ADHD (severity of mild and moderate involvement in functional ability as per DSM-5). 5. Children with ASD having severity of level 2 and level 3. 6. Children diagnosed with down syndrome who have impaired hand function. 7. Ability to comprehend and follow game-related instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe intellectual disability/ behavioral problems. 2. Previous hand surgery or botulinum toxin injections in the past six months. 3. Participation in other hand rehabilitation programs during the study period. 4. Any contraindications, such as uncontrolled epilepsy or significant sensory deficits.
