Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are Willing to participate and available during the time of data collection. Able to understand either English or Hindi Admitted Adults more then 18 years of age patients Diagnosed with COPD as per medical records Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who has History of any co-morbid illness (Neurologic and psychiatric) who have participated in any pulmonary rehabilitation program for the past 6 months
