Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI less than -2SD(3rd percentile according to WHO classification. caregivers willing to sign consent form and bring child to study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with Tuberculosis other chronic disease or congenital disease, children with on going diarrhea, diarrhea in last month, allergy to egg or milk and with malignancy
