Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently Healthy individuals with hamstring tightness. All gender, participants aged between 18-25 years. ? Normal BMI(ranging from 18.5 to 22.9). Active Knee Extension Test ranging above 20 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with history of any recent lower limb surgeries and fractures. ? Participants with history of recent hamstring injury. Participants experiencing knee pain. ? Participants having low back pain. Individuals with diagnosed neurological conditions.
