Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients above 18 years admitted in ward or ICU with acute febrile illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Age less than 18 years. -Admissions with diagnosis established other than enteric fever (e.g malaria, dengue). -Those who refuse to participate.
