Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with known case of Hypothyroidism Diagnosed patients with or without medication (TSH levels i.e. more than 4.5 uIU/ml.) Age 18 years to 60 years Irrespective of gender, socioeconomic status and religion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CA Thyroid or any other malignancy Pregnancy related hypothyroidism Congenital Hypothyroidism

Evaluation of hetu (etiological factors) for vitiation of rasadhatu dushti and lakshana will help in understanding association of Rasadhatu Dushti and its Samprapti (pathogenesis) in Hypothyroidism.Timepoint: At baseline
